Applied DL Synthesis
Self-Assessment Score: 95
Throughout this program, I have consistently been an engaged, reflective, and active participant in my own learning and in the learning of my peers. This capstone course has been a culmination of my growth, showcasing not only my mastery of the course objectives but also the depth of my contributions throughout the entire program.
Consistent Engagement and Contribution
From the very start of this program, I have approached every course with intentionality and enthusiasm. I have fully participated in discussions, collaborated with peers, and integrated feedback to improve my work. This level of commitment is evident in my body of work across the program, where I have consistently delivered thoughtful, well-researched, and innovative projects.
In this capstone course, I dedicated significant effort to creating an engaging, interactive ePortfolio page that not only reflects my personal and professional growth but also serves as a resource for others. This ePortfolio is a visual and reflective culmination of my learning journey — including my manifesto, learning philosophy, innovation plan, and reflections. I intentionally designed it to be visually appealing, organized, and interactive, ensuring that it is not just a collection of work but a meaningful representation of my evolution as a self-directed learner and an educator.
What Worked
What worked best in this course was the opportunity to receive more feedback from my peers. I was intentional about posting more of my work within the discussion boards, which gave me additional perspectives and ideas I could use to strengthen my projects. This process not only improved the quality of my work but also allowed me to engage more deeply with my classmates and contribute to their learning as well.
What I Could Do Better
While I believe I engaged fully and contributed meaningfully, I recognize opportunities to be even bolder in leadership and advocacy for my ideas. I aim to step further into leadership roles where I can showcase my vision for innovative virtual learning without hesitation. Overcoming imposter syndrome remains a personal goal — one that I intend to address in future scholarly and professional endeavors.
Contribution Across the Program
This capstone is the final piece of a much larger journey. Throughout this program, I have grown as a self-directed learner, consistently refining my ability to assess my own work and contribute to the learning of others. My portfolio reflects years of dedication — not only to my own growth but to creating work that inspires and supports other learners.
Impact
My contributions have helped build a learning community grounded in collaboration and innovation. I have sought not only to meet the expectations of this course but to exceed them, by bringing creativity, passion, and strategic thought to every assignment and interaction.
Final Reflection:
This capstone is not the end of my journey but a milestone in my ongoing commitment to education and innovation. I have engaged fully, contributed meaningfully, and created an ePortfolio that embodies the essence of my work throughout this program. I believe these contributions reflect the highest level of engagement and merit the score of 95.
