This professional development experience provides homeschool and virtual educators with a comprehensive foundation for building high-quality, student-centered learning environments in Texas. Participants will explore the legal framework of homeschooling, discover essential support organizations, and examine instructional strategies that balance flexibility with academic rigor. Through technology-enhanced learning, scenario-based decision making, and reflective practice, educators will learn how to design rigorous projects, leverage free digital resources, and create opportunities for collaboration that reduce isolation and increase engagement.
